The linkage between green banking practices and green loyalty: A customer perspective

چکیده
The aim of this study is to explore the bank customers’ perceptions towards green banking practices. This uses a convenient sampling method. Pre-tested questionnaires were employed collect data. data collected conveniently from 358 customers. However, final sample includes 304 responses after ignoring null (n = 304). Structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied for analyses. significant results indicate that practices positively influence image (p 0.001) and trust 0.025), while it does not significantly affect loyalty 0.642). mediation analysis reveals mediates relationship between loyalty, mediate same. have practical implications institutions in India recognize importance environmental initiatives influencing decisions
